IN-PROCESS INSPECTIONS:

On-site inspections evaluate all of your furniture during the manufacturing process. This confirms the quality of your product and allows any necessary changes to be addressed early on, reducing rework time and costs

PRE-SHIPMENT /DELIVERY INSPECTIONS:

During a pre-shipment/delivery inspection, our team carries out 100% checking to verify and make sure that all finished furniture/Products complies with the specifications, design and requirements.

By performing in-process and pre-shipment/delivery inspections we identify problems at the factory with the goals of shipping.

FIRST ARTICLE / SAMPLE INSPECTION:     

Inspect the sample for conformance to technical drawings and specifications.

Verify supplier conformance to design requirements.

Inspect and verify use of customer approved/alternative components and safety standards.

Test the sample for the strength, comfort, and other criteria, arrange, control and monitor the shipment /delivery of sample.
